Our Facilities
The Meadow Valley Golf Club boasts a beautifully furnished banquet facility with 250 guest capacity for any group. Our staff will pamper you and your guests. We offer a dramatic sunset staging complete with a backdrop of our Meadow Valley Golf Club.
Your Event
Have your rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, corporate meeting, graduation party, prom, club gathering, bridal or baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, or reunion at the Meadow Valley Golf Club, and we’ll ensure it’s a success! We can help with any banquet or special meeting needs you may have. We have a complete set of services to make your meeting a success and have planners to assist you to ensure everything goes smoothly. Banquet Room Rental Fees
2023 Rental Rates
Deposit:
$400 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. This will be applied to the final bill.
Room Rental Rates:
$200 per hour
Wedding Receptions or all day events are $1,800. This includes evening before for setup, reception, and time after to undecorate and clean up.
All room rental include tables and chairs for up to 250 people.
Cleaning Fee:
N/C if room is left in same condition as when arrived (this is at MVGC’s discretion). $225.00 if MVGC does clean up.
Bartender:
A licensed bartender provided by Meadow Valley is $60 per hour (plus any tips). Max charge for a bartender provided by Meadow Valley is $150. If you provide your own bartender, Meadow Valley will charge a flat $50 fee.
Food and Beverages
Food: Whether it's for a golf outing, business meeting, wedding reception, or special event, Meadow Valley has a menu and list of choices for all. Please contact us to discuss our food options to make your event what you want it to be. We do allow outside caterers with a current catering license for a fee of $100.
Beverages: All beverages must be purchased from MVGC. This includes, but is not limited to beer, kegs, wine, liquor, soda, water, etc. $2.00 per guest for unlimited non-alcoholic fountain beverages. Alcohol pricing to be determined when ordered.
